...For Us, The Management Team...

ASPIRE Management want to create a culture for Educators that is responsive, reciprocal and, most importantly, supportive. The aim is that the Management Team and Educators work together in unity which will enable the growth and development of our Tamariki. We have high expectations of our Educators so bring your A game and let's work together in offering the best care for young children.

Key Success Factors:
  • Open and honest relationships
  • Commitment to uphold all Ministry of Education requirements

You must understand the importance of our values:
AFFIRM – Approach every situation from the positive. Create that feeling of affirmation and validation naturally in everyday interactions.

SUPPORT – Become the 'rock' to create a safe environment for our Tamariki because in a safe and positive environment, children will learn naturally. In this way you will be supporting the growth and well being of each child in your care.

PLAY – Play-time is essential for children that fall into the age brackets we look after. Play-time promotes positive emotions, energy, curiosity and much more. It will be your job to provide forms of entertainment to the children to aid in there learning and our job to support you in this.

INSPIRE – A high sense of moral standing is expected. While working with children between 0 - 5 years of age you will be responsible for teaching them the difference between right and wrong. Be a positive role model to the children.

RESPECT – Just as we expect others to respect us, we must in turn respect them. Respect doesn't have age limitations. Infants are just as worthy of our respect as elders so Educators need to be well aware of this fact.

ENGAGE - Be someone who naturally promotes involvement. Get all the Tamariki playing together and engaging with yourself as well as each other. Teach the children how to engage with others in a positive way as they will spend a lifetime trying to master this. We will be giving them a headstart.
